Val's Chicken Burger

Ingredients:
  • chicken breast, salt, black pepper, spring oinion, parsley, mayonnaise, 2-3 eggs, oil
  • Preparation:
    1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into very small pieces (long then half)
    2. 2. Add salt, black pepper, ground spring oinon & parsley, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    3. 3. Divide 2-3 eggs, mix the egg yolk with 1 & 2
    4. 4. Beat the egg whites, mix everything together (1, 2, 3,)
    5. 5. The result will be lose, form burgers with a tablespoon - not hands - 2 tablespoons=1 burger
    6. 6. Fry the burgers in oil until they are golden.
