Super EasyTomato-Parmesan Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of commercial tomato soup
  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • Preparation:
    1. Combine tomato soup,half-and-half,dried basil, and freshly ground black pepper. Cook in a small saucepan over ­medium heat for 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
