Strawberry Parfait with Lemon Verbena Infused in Strawberry Sauce
and Sweet Cashew Cream | Raw Epicurean

Ingredients:
  • 3 pints fresh strawberries
  • 5 tablespoons turbinado sugar, or preferred sweetener
  • 2 cup cashews
  • 2 1/2 cup lemon verbena tea
  • 2 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • Preparation:
    1. Fresh Strawberries
    2. 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
    3. Lemon Verbena Infused Strawberry Sauce
    4. 1 pint fresh ripe strawberries
    5. 1 cup lemon verbena tea
    6. 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar, or preferred sweetener
    7. Place the fresh strawberries, tea, and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve.
    8. Makes 2 cups
    9. Sweet Cashew Cream
    10. 2 cup cashews
    11. 1 1/2 cup lemon verbena tea
    12. 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar, or preferred sweetener
    13. 2 teaspoon organic vanilla
