Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dried red lentils, soaked overnight, about 10 hours
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/3 jalepeƱo, seeded (or 1-2 dry red chili peppers)
  • 2 tsp light miso
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
