Raw Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup steel cut oat groats
  • 1 cup filtered water or raw nut milk
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • .5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 TB. maple syrup
  • Preparation:
    1. Place all in mixer. Blend until smooth and slightly warm.
    2. 1/2 recipe for 2 people.
    3. Mix ins: apple, almonds, dried fruit, etc
