Ingredients:
  • - 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • - 1 birds eye chili, chopped
  • - 1/2 cup warm water
  • - 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • - 1 lime, juice
  • - 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Preparation:
