Noodle Kugel

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Med Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 lb. butter melted
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Preparation:
    1. Cook & drain noodles
    2. Combine melted butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, and salt
    3. Pam or butter dish
    4. Beat eggs and mix with milk and vanilla and pour over noodles in dish
    5. Mix cinnamon and cornflakes; sprinkle on top
    6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degress
