Ninny Sweet Potatoes




  • sweet potatoes
  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • large orange
  • pecans (optional)
  • Preparation:
    1. Boil potatoes until tender and cool. Peel and slice into greased pan.
    2. Melt 1/2 C butter and add about 1/ C brown sugar, a dash of cinnamon to
    3. taste and the juice of 1 large orange. Add the zest of the orange (I
    4. used a microplane) and mix. Pour over potatoes in pan and sprinkle w/
    5. chopped pecans. Heat at 350 until hot. Easy!
