Modified Aimee's Quick Chicken - Allrecipes

Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 ounces Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Preparation:
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    2. Fry bacon and crumble
    3. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 min
    4. Slather mustard evenly over chicken, then pour teriyaki sauce evenly over all, then cover with cheese. Then return to over for additional 10 min.
    5. Sprinkle with bacon bits before serving.
    6. Serve with additional bacon bits.
