Microwave potato chips

Ingredients:
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Preparation:
    1. Cut potato thin with knife. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Lay in single layer on plate and cook in microwave on full power for 3minutes. Watch closely - cook time will vary by microwave and thickness of potatoes. Allow 2-3 minutes for them to get crispy before serving. Serve with vinegar!
