French Fries




  • Yukon gold potatoes
  • Canola or Peanut Oil
  • Salt/Seasoning
  • Preparation:
    1. 1. Cut potatoes, put into pot lined up and then add canola oil. Move pieces around to make sure they're coated w/oil.
    2. 2. Turn on to medium heat until bubbles. keep medium to lower heat until soft about 30-35 min.
    3. 3. Turn medium to high heat until crisp.
    4. 4. Dry on paper towels and add salt and seasonings
