Ingredients:
  • *2 Qts Milk
  • *pinch Salt
  • *8 eggs
  • *1.5 C Sugar
  • *1 T Vanilla
  • Preparation:
    1. via Mildred Robichaux
    2. Scald milk, beat egg whites until fluffy and cook in milk. Drain egg whites after fluffing. Combine egg yolks and sugar Add a little warm milk to yolks and cook on low fire slowly so not to curdle milk. Cook until it starts a slow boil. Add vanilla. Add fluffed egg whites (make sure well drained), cook and turn into milk.
