Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine
  • 1 box (3oz) of blackberry or blackcherry Jello
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • Directions:
  • Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom of the pan. In a large sized bowl stir cake mix and jello add eggs, oil, and wine. Pour into pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes @ 350 degrees (oven temps vary)
  • Glaze
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of Daniel Vineyards Blackberry Wine
  • Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients for glaze. Bring to a boil and pour half over warm cake. Set 30 minutes and pour the rest over finished cake.
