Creamy Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • Preparation:
    1. 1. Melt butter. Cook green onions over butter (1 min).
    2. 2. Add cream and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer (1 min).
    3. 3. Add tarragon. Simmer (3-4 min).
