Crawfish

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  1. Follow package directions but add an extra 1/2 cup of water and 1/3 cup brown or white rice. I think it tastes better b/c the seasonings are too concentrated. Thaw crawfish in cold water about 30 minutes and rinse a little in the package before adding to the mix. Just cut top off and fill w/ water and squeeze top and turn over to drain. Doesn't have to be totally drained dry:). Serve w/ salad and don't forget to put Tabasco on the table for Troy!
