Buffalo Chicken Dip




  • 2 large cans of breast, or 1 1/2 pounds of boiled chicken breast shredded
  • 1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Style Sauce
  • 2 rectangle logs of cream cheese
  • 1 regular bottle of Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 cups of fancy shredded cheddar cheese, or colby and cheddar mixed
  • Preparation:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt and mix together the 2 logs of cream cheese and entire bottle of dressing in a pan. In a 9"x13" baking dish, mix together the chicken and entire bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce. Pour cream cheese dressing mixture over the chicken mixture. Smooth out over chicken, but do not mix together. Top with the 2 cups of shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on middle rack. Serve warm with tortilla scoops or corn chip scoops.
