Boiled Egg




  • Eggs - approx 1 week old
  • Preparation:
    1. Place in a pot
    2. Cover with cold water (1 inch over eggs)
    3. Cover pot and bring to boil
    4. As soon as water is boiling remove pot from heat
    5. Let sit 18 - 23 minutes
    6. When time is up run under cold water to stop cooking
    7. Store in fridge in shell up to 1 week
