Apple Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 g. smith apple grated
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 tsp soy free earth balance
  • maple syrup to taste
  • 1/8 tsp salt +
  • splash vanilla
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 T golden flax seeds
  • Preparation:
    1. Put oats, water, and salt in pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
    2. Add rest of ingredients to pot. Adjust to taste.
