Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2 c all all purpose flour or all purpose gluten free flour
1/2 C apple sauce
4 bananas
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinn.
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c flax seed
1/4 c walnuts
1/4t salt
1t baking soda
1/2C vegan butter
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in applesauce and mashed bananas until well blended.

3. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan (9x5).

4. Bake in preheated (350) oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
