Ingredients:
14 oz.cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium lemon juiced (about 3 tbsp juice)
2 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
paprika to taste
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to food processor. Mix until evenly blended. Chill to let set. Mix in reserved water slowly to avoid runny consistency.
