Ingredients:
  • 14 oz.cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon juiced (about 3 tbsp juice)
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • paprika to taste
  • Preparation:
    1. Add all ingredients to food processor. Mix until evenly blended. Chill to let set. Mix in reserved water slowly to avoid runny consistency.
