Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 1 avacado
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsps chopped pistachios
  • pinch of salt
  • Preparation:
    1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until the consistency is smooth. Serve immediately as a moouse or freeze for ice cream.
